High-ORAC Foods May Slow Aging

Foods that score high in an antioxidant analysis called ORAC may protect cells and their components from oxidative damage souds good, so check this out....
According to studies of animals and human blood at the Agricultural Research Service's Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts in Boston. ARS is the chief scientific agency of the U.S. Department of Agriculture
ORAC, short for Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity, is a test tube analysis that measures the total antioxidant power of foods and nutritional compounds.

According to the University of Michigan, Comprehensive Cancer Center, the measurement of ORAC is just a fancy way of saying, "How well does a certain food or nutritional compound help my body fight diseases like Cancer and Heart Disease?".

The higher the number... the more that food or nutritional compound will help you.
Early findings suggest that eating plenty of high-ORAC fruits and vegetables--such as spinach and blueberries--may help slow the processes associated with aging in both body and brain.
It is important to remember that the anti-oxidant properties are modified/diminished when the fruits or vegetables are processed such as by cooking.
Cooked, canned, frozen, or otherwise processed fruits or vegetables are not equivalent to fresh products. (This is true of more properties than just anti-oxidants.)

"If these findings are borne out in further research, young and middle-aged people may be able to reduce risk of diseases of aging--including senility--simply by adding high-ORAC foods to their diets," said ARS Administrator Floyd P. Horn.

Nutritionist Ronald L. Prior contends, "If we can show some relationship between ORAC intake and health outcome in people, I think we may reach a point where the ORAC value will become a new standard for good antioxidant protection."

That standard has been met and we are now able to experience it.
What does this have to do with Pro Image?

It has a lot to do with Pro Image because we are proud to introduce our own "super ORAC" addition to our product line. We have found a new raw material supplier that has developed a proprietary process where they are able to standardize ingredients while maintaining the highest levels of anti-oxidants our industry has ever seen.We choose to incorporate their ingredients into what is now a New and Improved Pro Liberator Super Anti-Oxidant Formula.

You will see that we have maintained the exact ingredient combination. Now don't get us wrong our previous
Pro Liberator formula was no slouch with 28,650 ORAC points per bottle. But by changing to these more potent raw materials we now see a formula that has 125,000+ ORAC points per bottle. It's really quite amazing.
Coupled with our
Pro Vitamin Complete which comes in with an ORAC score of 26,000+ points you have a one two combo that packs 150,000+ ORAC point per one month supply.
How do Pro Image products compare to the rest of the industry?

Pro Vitamin Complete has an ORAC score of 26,000+ for the whole bottle or 880 points per serving.

Pro Liberator now has an ORAC score of 125,000+ for the entire bottle or 4,166 points per serving.

Pro Vitamin Complete along with your Pro Liberator now gives you the antioxidant equivalent of eating about 16 servings of fresh fruits per serving. The following table first shows the ORAC scores of comparable nutritional supplements based on their bottle size. Next the antioxidant equivalent per serving to fresh fruits and vegetables is shown.
And finally how many bottles you would need of the comparable product to get the same antioxidant protection with the Pro Vitamin / Pro Liberator combo.

NOTES:

The following ORAC scores were either published in the individual companies websites or independent tests were performed and the results are shown.

Pro Vitamin by itself compares very favorably to all other products.
Only Pro Vitamin, Sea Silver, and Body Balance are sold as providing vitamins, minerals (and other nutritional supplements) in addition to anti-oxidants.
